Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN POLICY

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • Orders can only be returned for a store credit.

  • We can't guarantee the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received.

  • Our policy lasts 14 days after the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve a return request.

  • Items must also be received back at the return address within 14 days of delivery date to receive a store credit.

  • If an item is received after 14 days have passed, you'll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

  • Pack your item (s) securely and return in original condition.  items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

  • Please print out the return packing slip and send it with your package. 

  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return. Your E-gift card covers the purchase price and tax if applicable.

  • If it has been 7 business days and you haven't received your store credit, please contact us with your order number, return request ID and return tracking number. 

SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

GIFT-CARDS AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

  • We do not accept returns on gift-cards and clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you'll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION

  • We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time, we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it, this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders already placed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Changes to Store Policy:

  • We reserve the right to update our store policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

SHIPPING

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. 

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method. 

  • Free shipping on orders above $100USD 

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email provided during checkout.

Weekends and holidays not included

 Please allow up to 15 business days during holidays and sales.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • We may not be able to accommodate address changes after your order has been placed.

  • Please make sure, apartment numbers are provided and correct.

ITEM NOT DELIVERED?

  • If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed.
